1、將正本的LOA一份和買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件各一份,提交中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn);

2、委員會(huì)北京總商會(huì)(做成CCPIT證明書(shū)) ,再交由中國(guó)外交部加簽;

3、郵駐華使館加簽,全程約12-15個(gè)工作日。
